Delivery policy
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 2 days. Once order is successfully processed and your order is shipped, you will receive an automated email with tracking information containing the tracking number. Once you have the tracking number (ticketID) please allow time for it to enter the carrier’s system and update. Orders over R600 qualify for free shipping (Retail and professional accounts). Legends Barbershop partners and salon/barbershop owners get free shipping on orders.
Export restriction
The offering on this website is available to South African clients and progressively moving to the rest of Africa.
Return and Refunds policy
Due to the high volume of orders at this time, on site cancellations are not guaranteed and feasible.
For your safety and protection, regional health laws and hygienic concerns render us unable to accept returns on all accessories, and any product once it is evident the item has been opened, used or worn. We genuinely regret the strictness of this policy, but require it to ensure the safety and hygienic integrity of the products we sell for all our customers. We know you wouldn't want us to send you a used hair care product.
We will replace or refund any products that contain any physical container damage, bottle defects, defects in the label, appearance of the product itself. If you are missing an item or the item that you received is damaged, then please contact us and we will send out a replacement free of any shipping costs to you. You must notify us within 2 days of receipt of shipment. In the case of a damage, we require actual photos of the damaged products in order to process an exchange or refund.
If a refund is deemed necessary, then we will manually refund your transaction for the appropriate amount for the returned items. Chargebacks will not be taken lightly and will subject the client to being put on the no-sell list. Refunds will only be issued after the items have been returned to us. Please always contact us first because most issues can be resolved very easily.
All Items are shipped safely and in a manner that ensures safe arrival. If for any reason this is not the case, then please email us and we will work with you. Each case is handled individually.
All orders are documented and are photographed prior to shipping to avoid any fraudulent claims.

Legends Barbershop shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, "personal information" shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). Payment options accepted
Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, Diners or American Express Cards or by bank transfer into the Legends Barbershop bank account, the details of which will be provided on request.
Card acquiring and security
Card transactions will be acquired for Legends Barbershop via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. DPO PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.
Customer details separate from card details
Customer details will be stored by Legends Barbershop separately from card details which are entered by the client on DPO PayGate’s secure site. For more detail on DPO PayGate refer to www.paygate.co.za.
Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
Responsibility
Legends Barbershop takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.
Country of domicile
This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Legends barbershop chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature
Variation
Legends Barbershop may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
